Praise
“At the heart of this entanglement between nature and self, between memory and existence, lies mystery….(And)…we are invited to join…on a different journey.” —Joseph Tomain
“I realize that The Palace Of Flowers is actually a book about a specific Desire to collapse time so there is no distance. (It) succeeds because it offers poems so lovely the reader easily inhabits them.” —Eileen Tabios
Excerpt
The knowing returned
Then the knowing returned
The season of grief was
Running out of rain
And I noticed that things
That happened in the spring
Were happening again and
That blue clarity the infinite
Was back and like a cloud
You came passing through
